A well-established small animal practice in Barnsley is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Head Nurse to lead its nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident veterinary nurse who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and maintaining high clinical and customer care standards. The Head Nurse will play a central role in supporting, guiding, and developing the nursing team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

Working pattern

  • 4 days per week
  • 9-hour shifts
  • 1 in 4 weekends
  • Duty nights on a rotational basis
