At The Vet Office, we are currently seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, modern veterinary practice based in Portsmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused vet looking to develop their clinical skills within a supportive and well-equipped environment.

The Role

  • Delivering high-quality veterinary care to a varied small animal caseload
  • Providing preventive care and managing ongoing treatment plans
  • Diagnosing and treating a range of medical and surgical cases
  • Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Working collaboratively within a close-knit and supportive team

Working Pattern

  • Full-time (39 hours/week)
  • 1 in 4 weekends

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Surgeon
  • Ideally 1+ year of experience in the UK
  • Strong interest in diagnostics and case continuity
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for delivering high standards of patient care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
