Veterans Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit, is the largest provider of supportive services to veterans and their families across New England. We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and goal-oriented individual to fill the Enrollment and Disenrollment position.
Responsibilities
- Manage enrollment and disenrollment of program clients
- Schedule admissions and discharges
- Build a pipeline for patient referrals
- Ensure proper documentation and forms are completed
- Assist the Billings Specialist as needed
- Participate in meetings and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
- At least one year of experience in services to homeless populations, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, or related fields
- Experience working in substance abuse treatment programs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy (exemptions considered)
