Veterans Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit, is the largest provider of supportive services to veterans and their families across New England. We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and goal-oriented individual to fill the Enrollment and Disenrollment position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enrollment and disenrollment of program clients
  • Schedule admissions and discharges
  • Build a pipeline for patient referrals
  • Ensure proper documentation and forms are completed
  • Assist the Billings Specialist as needed
  • Participate in meetings and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
  • At least one year of experience in services to homeless populations, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, or related fields
  • Experience working in substance abuse treatment programs
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy (exemptions considered)
