Role Description
This role is based in our offices in York. As a Sales and Customer Service Executive, you will manage customer inquiries, proactively upsell our products over the telephone to existing customers as well as drive new business sales opportunities. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and provide exceptional support to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer communications promptly
- Handling customer accounts
- Processing orders and booking couriers
- Contributing to the success of the sales team through exceptional service delivery and relationship management
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal sales skills, including excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on addressing client needs effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction strategies and an ability to enhance customer experiences
- Skills in Customer Service Management, including maintaining records and resolving concerns efficiently
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools
