About Vet Vision AI
Vet Vision AI is pioneering smarter, veterinary-driven animal welfare through artificial intelligence. Our flagship equine solution, EquiConnect, is a 24/7 AI-enabled monitoring platform that learns each horse's normal behaviour and alerts owners, yards, and vets the moment something deviates from healthy patterns. Earlier intervention, better outcomes, and improved welfare and well-being for horses. We're building the future of equine health and we're looking for driven people who want to grow with us.
The Opportunity
We're hiring a Business Development Executive to accelerate EquiConnect's growth across the UK and beyond. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who want to build a career in consultative sales, own the full sales cycle, and work with a genuinely game-changing product.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead onsite meetings with racing yards and equine professionals to understand their challenges and demonstrate how EquiConnect delivers early alerts and welfare insights.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to closing.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets.
- Help organise and support regional events, demos, open days, and educational sessions.
- Develop strong relationships across the equine, veterinary, and welfare sectors.
- Support sales forecasting and performance reporting.
- Work closely with the Sales Lead and wider team to improve processes and scalability as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- A strong interest in sales and a desire to build a high-performance commercial career.
- Passion for equine and animal welfare; you care about the mission, not just the numbers.
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by targets and progression.
- Willingness to travel to yards, demos, and events (UK driving licence essential).
- Previous sales or equine experience is beneficial but not essential; attitude and ambition matter most!
Clear earning potential with uncapped commission and accelerators. Hands-on sales training and ongoing professional development. Exposure to cutting-edge AI technology in a fast-growing sector. Real ownership and responsibility from day one. A collaborative, mission-driven team doing work that genuinely improves animal welfare. Strong career progression opportunities as Vet Vision AI scales.
Ready to grow Something Meaningful? If you're a hungry, sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of something bigger than yourself, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and help shape the future of equine welfare.
