About Vet Vision AI

Vet Vision AI is pioneering smarter, veterinary-driven animal welfare through artificial intelligence. Our equine solution is a 24/7 AI-enabled monitoring platform that learns each horse's normal behaviour and flags the moment something deviates from healthy patterns. It turns round-the-clock observation into earlier intervention and better welfare. We work with the racing yards, trainers, and equine professionals shaping the future of the sport. We help them protect horse health, act earlier, and raise the standard of welfare across their operations. We're building the future of equine health and welfare, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We're hiring an Account Manager to own and grow our equine relationships across UK racing and professional equine operations. This is not a new-business hunting role. You will be the trusted partner to our existing customers, from racing yards and trainers through to the owners and vets who rely on the horses in their care. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well. Make sure customers get real, measurable value from our platform. Renew and expand those relationships. Be the voice of the customer inside our business.

If you're commercially sharp, genuinely care about doing right by customers and animals, and want real ownership from day one, this role will stretch you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own retention, renewals, and expansion. You'll carry the renewal and growth targets for a portfolio of equine accounts. That means protecting existing revenue and finding the next opportunity inside each relationship.
  • Drive value and adoption. Make sure customers are extracting full value from the platform and can clearly see the impact it is having, on welfare outcomes and on the health and performance of their horses.
  • Build trust across the yard. Cultivate genuine, trusted relationships with trainers, yard managers, head grooms, owners, and vets, so the whole team is bought into the platform.
  • Support onboarding and deployment. Help yards get the system installed and running, so everyone from the trainer to the grooms can use it confidently.
  • Turn data into a value story. Use behaviour and welfare insight to show customers the early interventions and outcomes they're getting, and to shape their goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Be the customer advocate. Bridge the gap to our product and veterinary teams. Feed back what's really happening on the ground so the product keeps getting better.
  • Support forecasting and account planning. Keep your renewals, expansion opportunities, and pipeline accurate and current.
  • Represent Vet Vision AI. Show up with pride at yards, open days, and industry events, and build our profile across racing and the wider equine sector.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years in account management, customer success, or relationship management, ideally in a B2B or enterprise setting.
  • A commercial instinct. You understand renewals, expansion, and how to grow revenue by adding value rather than pushing.
  • Confidence building trust with trainers, owners, vets, and equine professionals.
  • Data literacy. You're comfortable using data to build a clear, credible value story.
  • Experience in racing, equine, veterinary, or agritech is a real advantage, as is genuine familiarity with life on a yard. A fast learner with the right attitude will still be considered.
  • A self-starter, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling business.
  • A genuine passion for horse welfare. You care about the mission, not just the numbers.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to yards and events. A UK driving licence is essential.

Why Join Vet Vision AI?

  • Real ownership of a portfolio of meaningful accounts from day one.
  • Clear commercial upside tied to the value you create.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI technology in a fast-growing sector.
  • Hands-on development and support as you grow.
  • A collaborative, mission-driven team doing work that genuinely improves animal welfare.
  • Strong career progression as Vet Vision AI scales.

Ready to Build Something Meaningful?

If you're a relationship-driven commercial operator who wants to own real accounts, grow with a scaling business, and be part of something bigger than yourself, we'd love to hear from you.
