We are recruiting for a Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in Horncastle, on the outskirts of Lincoln. This role is full time for 40 hours per week over 4 days, along with 1 in 3 half or 1 in 6 full weekends. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
The practice is located on the outskirts of Lincoln and is only 20 minutes from the coast. It is in a beautiful market town and is established with a loyal client base. They are fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and offer a range of Veterinary services.
The practices provide a high standard of clinical care and pride themselves on having staff members who stand apart from the rest and have a real passion and vision for how they work. They provide ongoing training and support to all team members through dedicated training centres.
All staff also benefit from the access to the best diagnostic equipment such as MRI machines and CT scanners and state of the art operating theatres in the nearest animal hospital.
They are looking for a vet who is confident in routine surgeries and consultations and can work sole charge. They must have excellent client skills and be able to establish working relationships easily. They will be a team player with a friendly and supportive attitude. They will share knowledge and best practice with others and set an example. The position offers excellent future progression opportunities.

Package:
Salary: Up to £72,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
