Overview

We are currently looking for a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team St George\’s Vets!

The right candidate will be someone who has a real passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be the face of St George\’s Vets, greeting clients, answering calls and emails, booking appointments, taking payments, completing admin tasks and so much more. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

About The Rota And Salary

This is a part-time role of around 21 hours per week covering maternity leave. You will be required to work shifts between the hours of 8.45am – 6.45pm Monday – Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday\’s working 8.45am – 4.15pm. Shifts will predominately be at our Wolverhampton Consulting Centre and our Sedgley branch so we will need someone who can reliably commute to both sites.

St George\’s has recently gone through an exciting period of growth, incorporating Carmel Vets into our brand! Our group now consists of nine individual sites, each with its own unique features. These include: the Wolverhampton consulting site, Albrighton, Bushbury, Halesowen, Perton, Sedgley, St George\’s Vet Hospital (Wolverhampton), Fallings Park, and Penn Fields.

We have a skilled clinical team who can offer an extensive range of services from nail clips to orthopaedic surgery. We are equipped with all the tools you\’d expect from a modern practice, including operating theatres, Idexx labs, ultrasound, dental X-ray, a CT scanner, digital X-ray, digital microscope, endoscope, laparoscopic kit, and much more!
