Overview

Easipetcare is seeking a dedicated and organised Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Advisor to join our team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a professional and compassionate environment, supporting both clients and their pets with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and their pets with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing appointments and client communications efficiently
  • Contributing to the smooth operation of the practice
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook (required)

Rota / Schedule

  • 32 hours per week
  • Wednesday off
  • Saturday mornings on a one-in-three rota, with time given back in lieu

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

  • Proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience within the animal care sector is desirable
