Overview
Easipetcare is seeking a dedicated and organised Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Advisor to join our team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a professional and compassionate environment, supporting both clients and their pets with exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and their pets with professionalism and warmth
- Managing appointments and client communications efficiently
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the practice
- Proficiency with computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook (required)
Rota / Schedule
- 32 hours per week
- Wednesday off
- Saturday mornings on a one-in-three rota, with time given back in lieu
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
- Proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within the animal care sector is desirable
