Here at Oakfield Veterinary Surgery, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy practice in Castle Bromwich. We seek someone with excellent client and patient focus, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Greeting clients and patients
- Answering phones
- Handling inquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email
- Booking appointments
- Administrative duties
- Cleaning the reception and waiting areas
About The Rota:
Your typical working hours would be 23 hours per week, with eight-hour shifts between 8am and 7pm on Mondays and Fridays, and Saturdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm. There is no out-of-hours requirement. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
