We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team for a temporary 2‑month placement covering leave. This role is a great opportunity for someone experienced in a veterinary environment to work as the first point of contact with our clients.
Role
The role will include – but is not limited to:
- Greeting customers
- Answering telephones
- Taking payments
- Updating records
- Dealing with emails/reports
- Keeping up to date with our Pet Health Club sign‑ups, cancellations, and yearly renewals
- Scheduling shifts and diary amendments
- Maintaining the reception area

Your shift pattern
Minimum 30 hrs per week, on a rotating shift roster that includes a Saturday morning shift of 8:30 am‑12:30 pm.
