Veterinary Receptionist

Framlingham Vets are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused person to join their front of house team. This is a part-time position, 2 days a week, with scope to increase these hours in the future if required.

Successful applicants will demonstrate good organisational and communication skills, be friendly, flexible, enthusiastic, hardworking, and have a ‘can do\’ approach to their work.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with existing customer service experience, but this does not necessarily need to be in the veterinary field.

Responsibilities for This Role Will Include

• Answering the phone promptly and efficiently and dealing with enquiries via email
• Receiving customers for appointments
• Dealing with payments
• Educating clients about our Pet Health Club and preventative healthcare products and services
• Booking appointments and diary organisation
• Keeping client records up to date
• Keeping reception area and consulting rooms clean, tidy, and well stocked
• Attending team meetings

Your shift pattern

This is a part-time role covering 19 hours. You will work 2 days per week, plus 1:4 Saturdays.
