Your day-to-day
- You'll work alongside a dedicated team of 8 Veterinary Surgeons, 8 Nurses, and support staff, ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and a smooth experience.
- Your responsibilities include answering phones, booking appointments, processing prescriptions, providing information, handling payments, maintaining client records, keeping the reception tidy, and assisting with stock management.

- Confidence in using IT systems (training provided)
- A full, valid driving license (travel between sites may be required)
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience is a bonus but not essential
