We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join our friendly team at Market Vets on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent client and patient care.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greeting clients and their pets with a friendly, compassionate, and helpful demeanor.
  • Managing the diary efficiently to maximize appointment slots, handle online bookings, and address emergencies while maintaining client records in compliance with GDPR.
  • Answering phone lines, emails, and other client communications.
  • Registering clients for the Pet Health Club.
  • Processing payments.

About Us:

We offer a vibrant workplace where you will be joining an enthusiastic and motivated team. Our team includes 11 Receptionists, 14 Veterinary Surgeons, and 15 Registered Veterinary Nurses.

We seek a pro-active individual with exceptional communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer care.

Shift Pattern:

This part-time position involves working 15 hours per week across Fridays and Saturdays.
