We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join our friendly team at Market Vets on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent client and patient care.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting clients and their pets with a friendly, compassionate, and helpful demeanor.
- Managing the diary efficiently to maximize appointment slots, handle online bookings, and address emergencies while maintaining client records in compliance with GDPR.
- Answering phone lines, emails, and other client communications.
- Registering clients for the Pet Health Club.
- Processing payments.
