Are you a proactive and passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse ready for your next opportunity? At Catley Cross Vets, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivating nurse to join our team. We're a friendly and supportive team looking to grow our nursing workforce. We truly believe that nurses are at the heart of the clinic and should be empowered to use their full skillset.
Your week will be varied, with dedicated shifts across theatre, pharmacy, recovery, and kennels, allowing you to enjoy a dynamic and fulfilling role. We actively encourage professional development and are keen to support your individual interests through CPD. Although we're a mixed practice, this position is focused solely on small animal work.
About The Team
We are a large small animal and equine practice based in Halstead, Essex. You would be joining a well-established team of 6 nurses with varying years of experience, to work alongside supporting our 4 vet small animal team. Our wider team also consists of dedicated receptionists and animal care assistants.
A rota that can work for you
The working rota for this role consists of 35-40 hours over a 4 or 5 day week. You would also be required to participate in a 1 in 5 Saturday shift (08:00-14:00).
