Salary: Up to ÂŁ75,000 DOE and up to ÂŁ3,000 relocation allowance.
Work / Life Balance: The full‑time role is 40 hours per week, typically worked over a 4‑day week, with some out‑of‑hours (OOH) commitments. Part‑time applications are also welcome, and we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
About the Practice: Based in Morpeth in Northumberland, we are a 27‑vet practice with specialist departments covering small animal, exotics, equine, farm and exports. We offer a purpose‑built hospital with 4 theatres, dental and radiography suites, endoscopy, ultrasound, ECG, hydrotherapy suites and separate wards for cats, dogs, exotics and small mammals. We have 8 branch surgeries.
We are looking for a vet who would like to develop their skill set and expand their knowledge. We are committed to supporting continuous professional development and will actively encourage and facilitate up‑skilling and career progression. As a small animal practice with both branches and a purpose‑built hospital, we are able to accommodate those looking for a first opinion role or a more hospital‑based setting. We have a varied caseload and can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their own area of interest – surgical, medical or imaging – within a supportive environment.
