Vet Partners are looking for an experienced full-time Client Care Advisor for their busy Veterinary Practice.

We are looking for someone who can evidence excellent customer service, and people skills. Someone who can work with the client care team in a high pressured, busy environment, while remaining calm, caring and polite at all times.

Hours of work will be 40 per week, with shifts spread across our hours of opening which are 7.15am to 6.30pm. Your shift pattern may vary depending on the changing needs of the business so flexibility is a must. You will also be required to work some Saturdays, and at branch so own transport is essential.

Your starting rate of pay will be dependant on experience, with a pay review in April.
