Spending less time with patients, production line consults, and endless targets seem to be the norm nowadays. This isn’t what you signed up for. Ideally, they are looking for a vet with over 8 years of experience but a kind empathetic vet who is a great team player and confident with the customers is just as important. A strong team that wants the best for patients and practice. Without the shackles of a large vet group, decisions can be made quickly and ideas are encouraged. VDS and RCVS fees paid for, and accommodation available. They believe in developing their vets so a comprehensive CPD package should take care of that.
