About You
You’re a proactive veterinarian, ideally with experience in dairy cattle medicine, who enjoys working closely with farmers and is great with people. You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and want an environment where your ideas matter. Whether you’ve got two years under your belt or you’re earlier in your journey but eager to learn, we’d love to talk.
What they offer
- A strong remuneration package ($100k–$145k depending on experience).
- A varied caseload across dairy, beef, sheep, goats, deer, and alpacas. Strictly production animals, no smallies or equine.
- A shared 1-in-5 roster, with one weeknight and one weekend in five on call.
- Four weeks paid annual leave.
- Time and financial support for continuing education, with a CE budget up to $5k (with approval).
- A vehicle supplied for work and private use (or mileage reimbursement if you prefer to use your own), plus phone, laptop, all fees paid, and income protection insurance.
- Access to excellent equipment including backpack scanners, Infovet, and a skilled team of vets, nurses, techs, and support staff.
