The Role:
- 4 days (40 hours) or 3 days (30 hours).
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30–12, sole charge).
- Zero OOH — ever.
- £45k–65k depending on experience.
- 5 weeks holiday + BH, RCVS + VDS paid.
- Healthshield cash plan and private medical insurance.
- £1,500 CPD (Happily support more when mutually beneficial).

You’ll enjoy a well-balanced mix of consults and ops. Ops are typically 4 per day, ranging from neutering and dentals to soft-tissue surgery and lap spays. Efficiency matters, not because they rush, but because they want everyone to finish on time, every time.
