Milfeddygon Dolgellau Cyf is proudly independent and based in the heart of Dolgellau, Gwynedd. Imagine finishing your shift and being on a stunning beach within 15–20 mins, or spending your weekends exploring the dramatic trails of Cader Idris, which rises above the town in all its stunning glory. Whether you love hiking, paddleboarding, photography, or simply the idea of stepping outside into clean air and spectacular views, this location has it all, right on your doorstep. Add to that a warm, close-knit local community, and you’ve got a lifestyle that many RVNs could only wish for.

This practice has been serving clients for over 50 years, building bonds across generations and becoming a trusted part of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general nursing duties, including nurse clinics, anaesthesia, and patient care. They provide a friendly, supportive environment for their staff and keep as many cases in-house as possible. This gives you the chance to follow cases through, develop your skills, and be involved in meaningful, rewarding clinical work every single day. They’ve built great relationships with clients, and it’s those clients (and their pets) who make each day enjoyable. With ongoing growth and a newly completed ops room, they’re now equipped to handle a larger and more varied caseload.

The Rota: F/T or P/T. Choose the pattern that suits your lifestyle:

  • Full time: 5 days per week, 1 weeknight on call, and 1 weekend in 4
  • Part time: 3 days per week, 1 weeknight on call, and 1 weekend in 4
  • Rotating shifts: 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, 10:30am–6:30pm.
  • Day off in lieu after each worked weekend
