Join us in a pivotal role as a super user on the OrderWise ERP System, where integration and automation are key to planning, forecasting, and scheduling purchase orders. Your expertise will be essential in minimizing out‑of‑stock situations, staying within budget, and mitigating supply risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to the PO approval process in conjunction with spend levels.
  • Conducting data and competitor analysis.
  • Managing COGs changes and customer price lists.
  • Initiating and supporting variant consolidation.
  • Managing the department's month‑end process.
  • Facilitating supplier tenders and developing supplier relations.
  • Controlling and coordinating supplier contracts, ensuring due diligence.
  • Implementing segmentation of key suppliers based on agreed criteria.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Management: Deliver excellent ERP maintenance and management, optimizing stock forecasting and ordering processes.
  • Product Setup: Ensure accuracy of new product setup in line with ERP standards.
  • Forecasting: Initiate and drive a statistical forecasting plan aligned with the company's sales and marketing strategy.
  • Purchase Orders: Report forecasts and purchase orders with accuracy and integrity.
  • Supplier Liaison: Resolve out‑of‑stock situations through accurate data analysis and strong supplier communication.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Analyze and suggest changes to improve working practices.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Facilitate sourcing and procurement of quality goods at competitive prices.
  • Supplier Contracts: Ensure effective implementation and optimization of supplier contracts.
  • Regulations Compliance: Understand worldwide shipping processes in line with HMRC regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
