We’re on the lookout for a confident and ambitious Veterinary Surgeon who’s ready for a positive new challenge — stepping into a senior, sole charge GP role at a thriving practice in Croydon, South London.

The Role
This is a sole charge first opinion GP role, suited to a vet confident with routine consultations and surgeries, and ready to play a key leadership role within the team. You’ll also be responsible for supporting and guiding an additional vet who rotates between Croydon, New Addington, and Caterham branches.
- Rota: 4-day week (Monday to Thursday)
- 1:4 branch Saturday rotation
- 1:10 Sunday rotation at Stone Lion Hospital (Wimbledon)
- 1 bank holiday per year
- No on-call
Support Structure
Between Croydon and New Addington, you’ll work alongside experienced RVNs, student nurses, and front-of-house staff — a close-knit team that plays an integral part in daily life and helps maintain excellent morale.
Clinical back-up from a nearby 24-hour hospital for any complex cases or OOH care.
Ongoing guidance from a dedicated Regional Manager and Regional Head Vet, who provide both operational support and expert clinical insight when needed.
