This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the UK and surrounding market, including sales, marketing, operations, and team management.The candidate should have a proven track record identifying and launching new products in UK market. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the UK, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the UK team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective communication across all levels. Market Development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth, enhance market share, and build strong customer relationships. Sales Oversight : Oversee sales operations, setting targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue goals. Financial Management :Manage the country’s budget and financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitability. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,partners, and regulatory bodies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support business objectives and drive initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles, with a strong track record in the UK market. Proven experience in sales, marketing, and operations management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficient in financial management and budget oversight. Willingness to travel as required.
