Monday – Thursday | 46 hrs paid per week + overtime Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Welders / Fabricators to join our client’s manufacturing team on a predominantly night shift basis though day shifts may soon be available.
This is a hands-on role working with aluminium and copper components, ensuring high-quality finished products for the business.

- 46 hours paid per week minimum, Monday–Thursday
- x1.33 night shift allowance up to 39 hours
- x1.5 night shift allowance between 39 and 46 hours
- x2 night shift allowance above 46 hours
- Overtime available dependent on production demand

- MIG & TIG welding
- Grinding and finishing components
- Welding aluminium housings and copper conductors
- Interpreting engineering drawings
- Working to quality, H&S and SOP standards
- Preparing and passing material kits to Paint Department
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintaining exceptional housekeeping You must have
- Ability to work independently and produce finished products without assistance
- Experienced in the safe use of MIG/TIG welders and grinders (4.5” & 9”)
