About the role

The VIP Consignment team at Vestiaire Collective provides a premium, white-glove selling service for high-value clients, handling everything from wardrobe curation to pricing, storage, and logistics. As a VIP Business Developer, you will build and maintain strong relationships with VIP sellers, drive business growth through client acquisition and retention, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a deep understanding of luxury fashion and a passion for sustainability.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to drive retention, repeat deposits, and sales growth.
  • Identify and onboard new high-value sellers through personal networks, business development initiatives, and referrals.
  • Conduct at-home wardrobe appointments, curating luxury items and providing expert guidance on pricing and selling strategies.
  • Manage client inventory to optimise listings, ensuring fast sales and maximum profitability.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Vestiaire Collective at events and fostering partnerships to expand the consignment business.
