We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Sales Support Advisor to join our clients team in Caldicot, Monmouthshire on a permanent basis.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the sales process through accurate order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records using Microsoft Excel.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where precision and customer satisfaction are paramount.
