Winberry is supporting a growing electrical contractor looking for an experienced Electrician with testing experience for ongoing contract work across South Wales and the South West. This role is ideal for a reliable electrician who is confident carrying out electrical testing and inspection work and is also happy to assist with installation projects when required.

The successful Electrician will work across a variety of projects including hospital environments, commercial buildings, and industrial sites, supporting the clients expanding workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical testing and inspection of distribution boards and circuits
  • Carrying out EICR and fault-finding activities
  • Working safely in live and occupied environments, including hospital facilities
  • Supporting installation teams with containment, wiring, and general electrical works
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety and professional conduct on client sites
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Electrician (JIB / ECS preferred)
  • Previous electrical testing and inspection experience
  • 2391 / 2394 & 2395 qualification desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with site teams
  • Experience working in healthcare or occupied commercial environments is advantageous
  • Own calibrated test equipment beneficial, but not essential
