Vested Talent is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our founding team and establish our Logistics and Supply Chain division.
About Vested Talent
We are a new recruitment and executive search business challenging the traditional agency model. Our proposition, “Fees Aligned to Hiring Outcomes,” aligns our fees with long-term hiring success rather than simply making placements. You will work alongside experienced business leaders with decades of experience across logistics, supply chain and recruitment.
- Developing a specialist permanent recruitment desk
- Building senior-level client relationships
- Managing the full 360° recruitment process
- Growing a strong market presence and trusted network
- Helping shape the direction and culture of the business
- Building and leading your own team as the division grows
Requirements:
- At least five years’ permanent recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain recruitment
- An established network or personal brand
- Strong 360° recruitment and business-development skills
