Vested Search are excited to partner with a globally renowned private equity fund who are looking to hire a Tax Counsel into their EMEA headquarters in London. This role will be responsible for global tax structuring and transaction tax support for their global portfolio of assets alongside the Head of Tax.
Responsibilities of the Tax Counsel include:
- Tax structuring of investments and transactions within the asset portfolio
- Tax risk management and tax analysis of investments in relation to impact within asset portfolio and opportunity/risk
- Management company tax planning and structuring
- International tax policy and tax legal support
- European fund support in tax, in particular around fund structures and tax strategy post deal
Individuals should come from a reputable law firm with approximately 1-4 years post qualification experience in tax law.
