Vested Search are excited to partner with a globally established private equity fund who are looking to hire a newly created Head of Treasury role into their London office. This is a highly visible role with a reporting line directly to the global CFO and oversight on global treasury operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning cash and liquidity management for funds and entities globally, including management of cash balances, funding needs and providing recommendations for liquidity management and working capital.
  • Payment operations management and cash management across funds and management companies, with oversight on policies and controls adherence.
  • Managing relationships with banks, to include account structures, service reviews, KYC/AML and negotiation of vendor relationships.
  • End to end accounts payable management for funds and entities globally, inclusive of vendor onboarding and policy management.
  • Credit management and fund-level funding and intercompany movement.
  • Team management of individuals in London and overseas within finance and treasury.
  • Systems and process improvement where required, working closely with aligned teams to identify and implement efficiencies within treasury and finance.

Individuals should have a strong background in the above areas with experience in the financial services or investment management industry.
