The role
We seek a highly motivated generalist to join the Special Projects team. The role focuses on optimising acquisition and retention of customers in our Investor Products unit. You will work with high growth startups, syndicate leads, and angel investors, helping them set up SPVs and prepare for secondary share sales. This role suits someone early in their career or seeking to transition into fintech, SaaS, or customer success. You will own an area of the business and work with the Head of Special Projects, senior leadership, and the SPV and PISCES teams to build processes and offerings for companies and investors. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn are essential; Vestd provides full training and ongoing support in a remote-first environment.
Primary responsibilities
This role offers scope for development and impact. Core elements include:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
- Representing customer interests to continually develop and enhance the product
- Building customer loyalty and reducing churn
- Proactively engaging customers and growing MRR via upgrades and referrals
- Developing specialist knowledge and owning topics like SPVs and PISCES
- Continuously iterating processes to improve the customer experience
