Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) at Vestd
At Vestd, we prioritise equality, diversity, and inclusion, so we write about it here rather than at the end of the job advertisement. We’re committed to building a respectful, inclusive, and diverse team. Trust is one of our core values; with that comes a commitment to fairness and transparency. We want to be open about our EDI efforts. Research shows that while men are likely to apply when they meet 60% of a job’s requirements, women and individuals from underrepresented groups often apply only when they meet every criterion. We understand the value of transferable skills and the unique perspectives that diversity brings. That’s why we encourage applications from candidates with unique strengths and experiences. If you need any adjustments or support with your application, please let us know in your application or throughout the process.

- Ensure roadmap priorities are clearly communicated and aligned across Product, Engineering and commercial teams.
- Drive product delivery with clear ownership, realistic planning and strong delivery discipline.
- Balance short‑term improvements with long‑term strategic product development.
- Support integration strategy across key connected platforms including payroll, HRIS, legal and finance systems.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery through to launch, iteration and optimisation.
- Lead, coach and develop Product Managers and support the growth of the wider product function.
- Improve product operating frameworks, processes and decision‑making practices.
- Build a high‑performing product culture centred around accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Deeply understand user needs across founders, CFOs, legal teams, HR, employees, investors and advisors.
- Regularly run discovery interviews, usability sessions and validation workshops.
- Translate insights into actionable product opportunities.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing and discovery workshops to inform product direction.
- Build strong customer empathy across multiple user groups including founders, finance teams, employees and advisors.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure effective product development and delivery.
- Use product analytics and data to measure product performance, adoption and customer engagement.
- Track and improve key product metrics including usage, retention and feature success.
- Build strong knowledge of equity management, cap table structures and share schemes including EMI and CSOP.
