You will join our Operations organisation, where you will play a key role in supporting and developing employees to meet the needs of upcoming projects. Within the Internal Resource Management team, you will contribute to ensuring that trained and competent Service Technicians and Supervisors are prepared for deployment across offshore operations. This is a dynamic environment where collaboration, development, and professional excellence are central to our success.
Responsibilities
- Motivate employees, support their wellbeing, and promote a healthy work life balance
- Take ownership of budgeting responsibilities and ensure financial accountability
- Ensure trained and compliant resources are available for service execution in line with internal procedures and country specific requirements
- Lead core people management activities, including regular 1:1 meetings and the creation of individual development plans
- Drive and participate in cross functional projects to support broader organizational goals
- Execute key HR processes such as People Review, Merit, Motivation, and Performance Dialogues
- Ensure close cooperation with service teams and management to meet project demands with the right competencies while upholding regional Health and Safety standards
Qualifications
- Business Management qualification or similar
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory position
- Offshore/renewable sector experience preferred
- Fluent in English and the local language of the country you are applying to
- Solid IT skills, including MS Office 365, MS Teams, and basic conferencing tools - SAP would be advantageous
