Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of internal and external HSE professionals
- Embed Vestas’ culture, values, and strategy into ways of working
- Allocate HSE resources effectively, ensuring the right skills and training in collaboration with Construction Supplier & Resource Management
- Maintain close communication with team members to build alignment and performance
- Place clear emphasis on safety, health, welfare, and environmental standards
- Promote and continuously improve a positive safety culture across projects
- Capture and share lessons learned across projects to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, within wind operations or a similar industry
- Experience in people management, ideally including remote leadership
- IGC NEBOSH or IOSH or equivalent; RCA or TapRroot will be an advantage
- Proficiency in IT skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
- Full, valid driving licence
