Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Technical and Commercial Planning

Technical and Commercial Planning NORTH is responsible for service and maintenance of all Vestas' wind farms in Nordics, UK/IE, Benelux, Poland and the Baltics. The department has an open and informal culture where partnership and good communication are the key to our success. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and future-oriented industry in a team with motivated employees.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and support cross-functional technical teams located in different countries
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews
  • Drive continuous improvement and agile practices
  • Ensure alignment with company objectives and carry out the company strategy in this area
  • Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills to remove blockers and streamline workflows

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge/experience/interest
  • Proven experience in leading remote or international technical teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work with process improvements
  • IT skills that enable supervising administrative and methodical work
