You will join our operations organization where you will play a key role in preparing our new employees for the forthcoming projects. In the Internal Resource Management team, we run an Early Recruitment programme, where we recruit, manage and train a team of new Service Technicians and Service Supervisors. Once the team is fully operational and has gained experience working on offshore turbines, we hand them over to Service ready to work at their brand new site, ready to make an impact from day 1.
Responsibilities- Motivate your employees and secure work-life balance

- Ensure trained resources for service execution according to internal procedures and country-specific demands
- People management, e.g. conducting regular 1:1 meetings and preparing individual development plans
- Participating in and driving various projects
- Execution of HR processes, e.g. People Review, Merit, Motivation and Performance Dialogue
- Create procedures and instructions for activities
- Ensure close cooperation with service teams/site management and service management to ensure fulfilment of project demands with correct competencies, experience and training
- Support the Early Recruitment Internal Manager with management-related tasks
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are always adhered to across the region
- You are structured and process-oriented
- You have strong interpersonal skills making you able to navigate in a cross-cultural environment
- You can lead and support a dedicated team
- Coach and develop the individual team members constantly striving to improve their competencies
- Ensure cross-team collaboration (knowledge sharing is key)
