Vestas is seeking an experienced HSE Leader to drive safety across a sub-region, transforming the Regional Capacity Plan into a prioritized delivery plan and ensuring standards are deployed across sites, warehouses and offices. You will manage high-risk activities, conduct assurance, and escalate issues to senior leadership.

You will lead a team and collaborate with regional operations to embed a culture of curious inquiry, systemic thinking and continuous improvement, while ensuring robust HSE.
