Vestas Celtic Wind Technology > NCE > Pre-Owned Sales Pre-owned sales department plays a crucial role in offering refurbished Wind turbines to meet customer needs. We are seeking a well-organized Sales manager who in the short term will be part of the Sales Management team located in Videbæk Denmark, responsible for all Pre-owned sales activities in UK and Ireland. Sales Specialist shall be based in UK or Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate commercial contract negotiations and review tender materials to support sound decision making
- Develop effective bid, negotiation, and commercial strategies to maximize sales outcomes
- Gather and synthesize information from internal and external stakeholders to prepare project proposals for management approval
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to progress sales initiatives, even when working with limited information
- Provide customer service and ongoing support to clients throughout the entire sales process
- Serve as the first point of contact for commercial issues and manage internal escalations efficiently
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in sales, particularly in managing large B2B contracts in the wind energy or similar
- Project management experience is preferred
- Skilled in long-cycle contract negotiation and closing skills
- Background in a related field such as legal (FIDIC), technical, or commercial role
- Deep understanding of the commercial aspects of complex products and how they are translated into a contractual context
- Proficiency in English at a negotiation level
