Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > SERV OFS PMO & Process Improvement
The Project Management Office (PMO) is a function within Operations Development in Vestas Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Offshore Service. We support our offshore windfarms with the methods processes they need to carry out daily operations whilst collaborating with wider organization.
Responsibilities
- Help develop the PMO for Offshore Service NCE. You will be working closely with global, regional and operational teams in delivering/rolling out improvement projects.
- Establish processes/procedures so that the PMO acts as a controlling function
- Define and maintains standards for project management within Offshore NCE
- Standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects across the offshore portfolio.
- Work alongside both onshore, other regions and global PMO to ensure standardization and best practice is shared across the business
- Defining and prioritizing strategic projects
Qualifications
- Ability to handle projects, motivate people as well as direct complex, cross-functional teams
- Positive collaborating, communication, and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work unsupervised, with little management oversight
- Customer focused, innovative and result oriented
- Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English
Competencies
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good grasp of business processes

- Experience in wind turbine construction projects or service operations
