Vestas are a world leading, renewable energy company that develop, build, install and maintain wind turbines all over the globe. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Hub Support Stock Keeper to work at our Service Hub in Cambridge. If you are an experienced Warehouse Operator with a proactive mindset and a structured working approach, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Working safely and ensuring a safe working environment for others
Receive, process and put-away all inbound shipments + Order Pick, Pack and Ship
Update and maintain the integrity of the SAP MRP Stock Control System
Booking transport collections
Raising Dangerous Goods Notes for the Transportation of COSHH materials
Periodic Cycle Counting, annual Stocktaking and Waste Management activities
Qualifications
- Certificate of Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift competency (Essential)
- IT Literate, email, Word & Excel (Essential)
- Previous SAP experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided
- Working Knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods (Desirable – as training will be provided)
- Health & Safety accreditation, such as IOSH, etc (Desirable)
