NCE > Customer Project Execution > Operational HSE, Logistics & Excellence
Within Vestas Wind Systems, the NCE CPX (Customer Project Execution) department is responsible for construction projects in the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) region. Their goal is to complete projects safely, within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards. The Installation & Commissioning (I&C) department within NCE CPX handles the pre-installation, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines both onshore and offshore.
Under the I&C department, there is the Operational HSE, Logistic & Excellence department, which includes the HSE Excellence team. This team provides Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) support to the execution teams working on various construction sites in the NCE region. The support is offered both from the back-office and on-site, and the team comprises around seven highly motivated specialists. You could be one of them.
Responsibilities
- Focus on long-term improvements.
- Manage initiatives using proactive data from sites.
- Build business cases for proposed improvements.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific countries or areas.
- Participate in the BPE forum and serve as gatekeeper in SGM.
- Create HSE reports for the region.
- Train new operational staff on specific HSE competencies and reporting and conduct TapRoot investigations.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in international corporations, thriving in global business environments.
- 4+ years in HSE, preferably in wind operations or related fields.
- Experience in data analysis.
- High motivation, showing readiness and a strong work ethic.
- Solid interpersonal and people skills.
- Ability to persuade others and direct small teams in a project setup.
- Capability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills.

Additional information
