If you have great skills in leading skilled and motivated employees, combined with high experience in Supply Chain Management or equivalent, then this may be the ideal opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will be:The SCM Manager Tools is responsible for managing the strategic and operational aspects of a single warehouse or tool center. Reporting to the Head of Offshore or Onshore Tools, this role ensures local execution of strategy, compliance with standards, and achievement of performance targets while managing staff, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.Execute strategic and tactical plans for site operationsEnsure site compliance with Vestas processes and local regulationsLead daily operations and staff performanceDrive site-level safety, quality, delivery, and cost performanceManage site budget and financial reportingRecruit, train, and develop warehouse staffQualificationsHighly experienced in Business, Supply Chain Management, Organizational Science, or equivalent5- years of management experience in a complex matrix organization (mandatory)International experience in a global multicultural environment (advantageous)Proficiency in strategy development, change management, employee engagement, CRM, business case development, lean manufacturing, and supply chain managementExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalExperience with Microsoft Office, SAP, BI, or equivalent ERP systemsExperienced in working with HSE, SafetyAs a person, we believe you have/are:Enhanced interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to coach and lead skilled, motivated employeesAdvanced stakeholder engagement proficiencyProven individual and team performance under tight deadlinesOpen-mindedness and effective information sharingAdaptability to change and ambiguous circumstancesSafety-first-mindsetWhat we offerWe offer an exciting role with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development within an inspiring, dynamic and international work environment.
