Operating within the Vestas Northern & Central Europe North and West business unit, we focus exclusively on selling, constructing, and operating onshore wind power plants. The Sub Supplier management team is responsible for the subcontractor hiring, operational and administrative needs to ensure service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants across all markets.
Responsibilities
- Support Vestas dispatchers and subcontractors in the short- and long-term planning of scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Onboard subcontractor technicians and maintain sub-supplier system profiles.
- Assist local functions with potential claims against sub-suppliers.
- Forecast Vestas subcontractor requirements and facilitate the hiring of subcontractor companies.
- Ensure compliance with local and national legislation.
- Handle HSE incidents that may arise.
Qualifications
- Good IT skills in MS Office and preferable experience with Salesforce and SAP.
- Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics.
- Extensive English skills, both oral and written.
Competencies
- Ability to work independently and in international teams.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, organize and prioritize tasks.
- Structured organization with a strong overview.
- Good understanding of processes and a proficient data discipline.
