As Head of Aftersales & Upgrades, you will own the end-to-end delivery of offshore service campaigns and aftersales projects across Global Offshore. You will lead a multi-disciplinary organization, drive operational excellence at scale, and translate strategy into safe, value adding operational delivery for our customers. This role combines strategic ownership with operational leadership in a complex, fast paced environment. You will be central to scaling offshore upgrade campaigns, strengthening cross offshore execution, and ensuring uncompromising safety and quality performance.

You will be part of the Vestas Global Offshore Service organization, a committed team of over 1,800 colleagues delivering offshore service solutions to trusted customers worldwide. This position reports directly to the Director of Offshore Service Campaigns and is part of the extended leadership team. You will lead a team of 14 direct reports.

Responsibilities
  • Play an essential role as the key link between service sites, offshore execution and the broader Vestas organization.
  • Ensure scalable and consistent delivery of turbine upgrades and aftersales projects while continuously developing the execution model and driving performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a highly skilled team of 14 specialists.
  • Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability.
  • Ensure safe, timely and operationally efficient execution of campaigns.
  • Own end-to-end performance across cost, schedule, quality and HSE.
  • Strengthen end-to-end service campaigns and after-sales delivery processes across Offshore and functions.
  • Improve interface between sales, services sites and offshore execution.
  • Drive simplification, standardization and scalability of service campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree within a technical or commercial field.
  • 5+ years of successful, proven leadership.
  • Proven leadership experience from large-scale, safety-critical operations.
  • Strong background in project- or portfolio-based execution.
  • Experience leading people in a matrixed, international organization.
  • Commercial understanding of aftersales, service margins and lifecycle value.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Additional Information
  • Work location: Vestas' office in Aarhus (DK), Copenhagen (DK) or Warrington (UK).
  • This position requires approximately 45 days of travel yearly.
