Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Operating Model & Process Improvement
The Operating Model and Process Improvement team is a team of currently nine employees within the business unit Service Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. Together we drive process improvements and contribute to the implementation of the Service Global Operating Model in NCE. We are the interface between headquarters and operational colleagues in NCE, and support the local service organization to achieve their (and all of our) targets.
Responsibilities
As Business Process Expert in the Operating Model & Process Improvement team, your main responsibilities are:
- Contribute to regional and global process improvements
- Create local instructions and guidelines where needed
- Support end-users with system and process related topics
- Participate in global forums for prioritization, as the NCE representative
- Give input to global processes and instructions, based on end-user requirements
- Vocational training or Master/equivalent in Business/Economics field or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, ideally from service / the wind sector
- Process management experience and process thinking capabilities
- Experience within operational excellence / business development
- Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce
- Experience with change management
- Constructive, helpful and collaborative attitude. Strong sense of integrity
- Precise and detail-oriented
- Able to navigate in a complex setting with many stakeholders at different levels
- Well-organized and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English on professional level. Knowledge of other NCE languages (e.g. Polish or a Scandinavian language) a plus
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
