Overview
In this role you drive transformation and continuous improvement across global logistics. You will design and optimize logistics and warehouse processes to boost efficiency, sustainability, and compliance, while integrating SAP and enabling digital and automated solutions. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage end‑to‑end value streams and lead change initiatives. Responsibilities
- Design, standardize, and optimize logistics and warehouse processes for efficiency, compliance, and sustainability
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean, digitalization, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Ensure seamless SAP integration and stable global logistics operations
- End‑to‑End Value Stream Mapping and process design & implementation
- Performance monitoring, stabilization, and governance reporting
- Lead Lean projects, change management, and training across functions and geographies
- Sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives
- Project leadership and collaboration across the logistics value chain
Key requirements
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, logistics engineering, material flow optimization, or process excellence
- Extensive knowledge in warehouse/logistics operations and SAP EWM (or similar systems)
- Advanced analytical skills with KPI dashboards and data‑driven decision making
- Project management and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement across geographies
- Familiarity with automation technologies, digital logistics tools, and sustainability frameworks
