Overview
In this role you will lead on-site resource planning and supervision for offshore wind projects, bridging service, blades, and special projects across Europe and beyond. You will coordinate planning, toolbox talks, and vessel transfers while ensuring high-voltage, electrical, or mechanical systems operate safely. You’ll work within a global wind industry leader to support some of the world's largest offshore wind farms. The position offers diverse cross-functional exposure and career development in a multinational context.

Responsibilities
- Plan daily service work orders in SAP and monitor parts usage
- Support resource planning, deployment, and coordination on-site
- Supervise and coordinate on-site operations and safety briefings
- Lead daily toolbox talks and site governance
- Perform completion checks on AWP/PWI and assist with updates
- Coordinate vessel transfers with local O/M
- Support cross-platform activities across Service, Blades, and Special Projects
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with electrical or mechanical systems in wind, offshore, HV environments
- Marine Engineer, Electrician, or technical degree
- High voltage knowledge and switching experience
- Full Driving License
- Fluent in English
- Good IT skills, MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Significant communication skills
