b Overview /b p As a Supervisor in New Site Support you help scale Vestas’ offshore service readiness by enabling smooth site handovers and capable operators. You work with cross-functional teams to prepare processes, tooling, and training for new sites, and you mentor site leaders to drive safe, efficient operations. You’ll lead planning for turbine recoveries and service campaigns, while embedding standardised ways of working across regions. This role offers hands-on impact in a global, evolving offshore environment and opportunities to shape operational excellence. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexibility and agility /li li extensive on-the-job training /li li opportunities for professional growth /li li international, diverse teams /li li supportive leadership culture /li li global travel opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support site readiness activities up to 12 months before handover, ensuring processes, tooling, spare parts and training are in place /li li Coach and mentor Site Supervisors, Deputy Supervisors and Technicians to drive safe, efficient operations /li li Promote operational excellence and OneVestas across sites and regions /li li Provide planning and execution support for turbine recoveries, complex repairs, service campaigns, inspections, upgrades and work order management /li li Coordinate operational resources via SAP (personnel, tools, materials, vessel planning) considering weather and site needs /li li Deliver onboarding, training and knowledge transfer for new supervisors and site teams, including safety and contractual obligations /li li Act as operational support partner to Service Managers, driving lessons learned, workload prioritisation and continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Technical qualification, degree, or equivalent offshore wind operations experience /li li Strong knowledge of V236, V164/V174, or Eventus platforms with ability to guide operations /li li Leadership and people management experience in international wind/offshore service /li li Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused, proactive problem-solving mindset /li li Fluent in English with strong communication skills across global teams /li li Eligible to obtain work visas globally and willing to travel regularly (EU, USA, Japan, Korea, Taiwan) /li /ul ul li Leadership and people development /li li Strong communication and stakeholder management /li li Change management and conflict resolution /li li Knowledge of offshore wind turbine platforms (V236, V164/V174, Eventus) /li li SAP for resource planning and work order management /li li Microsoft Office proficiency /li /ul
