Overview
In this role you will support the Service Organization across Nordics, UK/IR, Benelux and Poland by handling financial workflows such as invoicing, master data and credit controlling. You will provide financial expertise and act as a key contact for customers on financial matters, driving accurate cost allocation and financial performance. You will work closely with the Customer Service Management team to improve efficiency and ensure timely financial processes. This is a hands-on role in a global wind energy company with a focus on quality, service and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial approval of service orders and ensure accurate cost allocation
- Monitor invoicing activities and follow up on outstanding or overdue invoices
- Perform credit control and manage open receivables across assigned accounts
- Analyze contract costs and profitability to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Provide financial expertise and controlling support to the Customer Service Management team
- Act as a point of contact for customers on financial and invoicing issues
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and drive process improvements for efficiency
Key requirements
- Several years of accounting and/or controlling experience
- Strong financial understanding
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent English communication; knowledge of a regional language is a plus
